Who does row intervals on their own? … Exactly!
I have designed this 4-week course around the Functional Threshold Power model and have adapted it to fit the CrossFit athlete.
We will meet two days a week, , beginning Feb. 6. One day will be spent rowing typical 500m intervals with roughly equal work to rest. The second day will not be that (he says deviously rubbing hands together and laughing).
What I need from you …
- An accurate 2k time. If you have a recent 2k time (within last 3-6 months and you feel like this is accurate then great) if you don’t we will have a testing day prior to the program (Feb. 5, from 5 to 6 p.m.).
- Approximately 30 minutes of your time and effort twice a week.
Space is limited because rowers are limited.
**Please note, these intervals are intended to be in addition to your normal training and not in lieu of…these days are not designed to “blow you up”
**Please also note, this is NOT a technique course. I can and will help to make some minor adjustments when necessary but this is not the focus.
