We’re bringing back, “Bring A Friend Day,” or BAFD! Bring in a family member, sibling, parent, uncle, aunt … anyone who has been asking you how you’ve gotten so strong! This is the first of many we’ll be having throughout the year. As always, WODs can be modified and beginner-friendly for these particular days. We can’t wait to meet your Friend!
