Monday/Wednesday at 3:30-4:30pm

Gravitas Kids emphasizes quality movement through broad and inclusive activities which are designed to promote fun fitness. This program aims to provide kids with a chance to experience fitness and skill development in an engaging environment. Ultimately we want to establish a positive mindset around active lifestyles and healthy habits moving forward.

The Gravitas Kids program is dedicated to creating a program that has a positive impact on its athletes, empowering them to be the best version of themselves.

A typical CrossFit Kids class is laid out like this:

  1. Group Warmup & team building game or activity
  2. Learn a new skill and build on previous skills
  3. WOD – Workout of the Day – typically an activity that includes the skills
  4. Cool Down Game

We constantly have kids asking us if they can stay late and climb a rope or hang on a bar one more time. Parents have mentioned several times that their kids are excited for the class, and that they have noticed an improvement in their confidence.
